1. For use the website of the Unizo hotel chain
The Unizo hotel chain (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel Chain”) website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site,” including all directories under the Website http://www.hotelunizo.com/ as well as all reservation programs and e-mail programs) are managed by the Hotel Chain and its agent. The Hotel Chain has set Website Usage Agreement for users of the Site, so please read the agreement in advance. When using the Site, you are considered to have agreed with this agreement.
2. Changes in the published information
The Hotel Chain may change or delete information published on the Site and/or the service details offered without notice. Besides, all or part of the Site is subject to suspend for short- or long-term without notice, for maintenance, system failure and other reasons.
3. Copyright
The copyright and other rights of any information, such as sentences, images, logo marks, and commodity names, posted on the Site essentially attributes to the Hotel Chain. Any secondary use of the information posted on the Site is prohibited except when the Hotel Chain approves it in writing.
4. Disclaimer
The Hotel Chain pays close attention to the information posted on the Site. However, the Site does not warrant its integrity. The Hotel Chain puts priority on the current state for any detailed information on each hotel’s business. In the event that customers receive any damage in using the Site, the Hotel Chain assumes no responsibility.
Also, in the event that customers receive any damage resulting from the Site’s suspension for maintenance, system failure and other reasons, the Hotel Chain assumes no responsibility.
5. Link to the Site
Links to the Site may be essentially made without permission. However, since website addresses of each page are subject to change without notice, make sure to have a link to the top page (http://www.hotelunizo.com/index.html). You are requested not to link to the page with pictures only.
6. Privacy policy
In the Site, users are requested to input their personal information when making a reservation or inquiry, which will be registered in our database. Information registered shall be used by the Hotel Chain for offering services that are beneficial to the user, and shall not be used for any other purposes than the above. The Unizo hotel chain (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel Chain”) has set the following usage agreement upon our customer's use of the ”Internet Accommodation Reservation System” (hereinafter referred to as “the System”). Please read and agree with the terms and conditions before using the System.
1. Compliance to basic rules
When using the System, customers are requested to comply with general manners, morals and technical rules for Internet use.
2. Measures against violations of the basic rules
Any customer who carries out acts, which the Hotel Chain finds offensive, such as causing or putting a third party at disadvantages, or undermining the services offered by the Hotel Chain, may be refused to use the System or the Hotel Chain.
3. Various effects caused by customers' usage environment
The System is aimed at persons whose system configurations including characters (Japanese font), e-mail and printer, are appropriately set. The Hotel Chain assumes no responsibility for any results or any various effects, which has been made by those who does not meet such requirement. In addition, even if such requirement is met, the Hotel Chain assumes no responsibility for any effects, when the System does not work properly for the reasons beyond the control of the Hotel Chain, including all situations related to the customer’s computer environment configuration.
4. Conditions to use the System
The System is for the exclusive use of the customer who agrees with this agreement. In addition, you are regarded to have agreed with this agreement at the time when you have made a reservation on the System, and are subject to comply with this agreement.
5. System Usage Precaution
Any service which the System offers shall not have an advantage over other services offered except the website (including telephone reservation, and other reservation counter which handles reservations of our hotel). You may not make a reservation for full occupancy or other reasons.
6. User’s Self-Responsibility
Customers shall assume responsibility for any actions and any results caused by customers' own actions or own email accounts, with or without their own actions or negligence upon their using the System. In addition, in the case that customers cause damages to a third party upon using the System, except the case of the Hotel Chain's negligence, such customer shall solve the disputes between such third party on its own responsibility and burden.
Furthermore, in the case that users cause damages to the Hotel Chain and the System by any of the following actions, the Hotel Chain shall be able to claim all penalties that they have suffered to such user.
●In the case of violation against this Agreement, hotel clauses or any terms of service which the company stipulates separately.
●In the case of sending or writing of harmful computer programs.
●In the case of sending or writing of the third party's information.
● In the case that customers use the System for the customer's non-personal purpose without the Hotel's approval.
●Any other cases of violation against effective laws in Japan.
7. Completion of Reservation
The reservation for hotel stay which is made on the System shall be effective when the confirmation page for the reservation content is displayed on the customer’s computer screen.
8. Cancel and Change of Reservation
When changing or canceling a reservation made on the System, or inquiring about thereof, customers are essentially requested to make such procedures on the System. Incidentally, when you change or cancel a reservation via telephone, e-mail or other methods, make sure to notify that you have made the reservation on the System.
9. Penal charge
In the case that any reservation is cancelled for reasons attributable to users, the Hotel Chain requests the charge stipulated in the clauses of each hotel. Please inquire to reservation clerks of each hotel via phone, if concerned for more information.
10. Reservation Request
You are requested to fill out all the necessary data correctly on the reservation request form. In the case that the data entry is not sufficient, such reservation may become ineffective.
11. The System Content Change
When the Hotel Chain deems the necessity, any operation or detail on the System may be changed, without prior notice to customers. You are kindly requested to check this agreement each time upon using the System. When any detail is changed, only the changed detail becomes effective while the past detail becomes ineffective.
12. System Suspension
The Hotel Chain may suspend the System for maintenance, system failure or other reasons for short- or long-term without notice. Since the agreement is subject to change without notice, please make sure to check the latest version.
